With over fifteen years in the appraisal industry, Nancy specializes in commercial valuations. Valuation types include mixed use, office, retail, industrial, hotel/motel, restaurants, development land, multi-family, marinas, cottage resorts, campgrounds, churches etc. Nancy is a certified Marshall & Swift Commercial Cost estimator.
Kristina Smith, AACI, P. App.
Kristina has been appraising in the area for over a decade. She specializes in residential valuations including waterfront estates, single family homes, recreational properties, vacant lands and multi-family. Kristina serves as the treasurer for the Huronia Chapter of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
Ashley Dennis, Office Manager
Ashley keeps everything running smoothly and acts as our office manager, and is the first point of contact for all your appraisal needs. Her background in real estate and municipal services makes her an asset to the business and an essential part of our team.
Casey Jagosky, AIC Candidate
Casey specializes in residential valuations. She joins us with a plethora of experience in the real estate industry as she is also a licensed realtor. Casey is a longtime Muskoka resident and brings enthusiasm and professionalism to everything she does. She is working toward her CRA (Certified Residential Appraiser) designation with the AIC.
